- How is this service free? To you, our client, this service is 100% free. No hidden fee’s, catches, gotcha’s, or fine print. We are paid directly by the property that you decide to move to. All you have to do is ensure that you put “The Apt Locator” down on the Guest Card and referral source on your application.
- Why use an apartment locator? We help take the stress out of your upcoming move or relocation by utilizing our extensive data base of properties and current specials. Give us a detailed description of what you are looking for and we will narrow your search down to a select few properties.
- I would prefer to visit the properties myself. We understand that not everyone wants to be escorted to the properties by our agents. When we do put together a list for you, please help us remain in business by putting us down as a referral source when you submit your application to your awesome new apartment!
- I am relocating and can’t tour the properties. Our agents will send you a list of properties and actually take pictures of the units you are considering to move into. We help you make the most informed decision by doing the footwork for you.
- Do you help with the home buying process as well? All of our agents are licensed Real Estate professionals. We have over 30 years combined real estate experience and offer all the real estate services you would find at any other real estate office.
